A reader has asked - What is a Chicken Parma?
That is not an easy question! Australians take their parma's very seriously. There are websites looking for the best parma and competitions and special night's where you can get parma's with different toppings. The simple answer is, a piece of chicken, crumbed, fried and then topped with tomato napoli, ham and melted cheese. I don't think there is a single pub in Australia that doesn't have one on the menu and they are delicious! If you haven't tried one, you are missing out!
